It is a fork and modification of the Ananos (Stellar) Reddit Tipbot by swartbeens which is a fork and modification of the Banano reddit tip bot created by /u/bbedward - which is available on GitHub.
This bot handles tips via the Stellar CANNACOIN currency. Stellar Cannacoin Tipper works in two ways either publicly tip a user on a subreddit, or send a PM to /u/Cannacoin_tipbot with a command
