# Fund your TipBot Balance

You can send Stellar Cannacoin to your tip bot wallet by sending a message to the bot. First we send a message to the bot with the text ' address ' *(fig. 36)* , the bot will respond by sending us a message containing our balance, the address to send the funds to, and the **MEMO** (usually your Reddit username) to use *(fig. 37)*. *It is fundamental to pay attention to the **MEMO**, and always use it, **in case of an incorrect or missing memo your funds may be lost forever***.

Now all you have to do is send the funds from your wallet, indicating the address and **MEMO**
